Coastal City Collective was founded by entrepreneur and systems strategist Shelby Hamilton.
After more than a decade working across hospitality, nonprofit leadership, event production, and business operations, Shelby noticed the same pattern across organizations of all sizes — passionate leaders with powerful missions struggling because they lacked the operational systems needed to scale.
What began as hands-on work helping organizations plan successful events and manage complex operations quickly evolved into something larger: building sustainable infrastructure for organizations ready to grow.
Today, Coastal City Collective operates as a portfolio of ventures and consulting services focused on helping organizations strengthen operations, expand impact, and create sustainable growth.
